Delivery charges for orders from the Online Shop?

We are currently offering free delivery across India via online shopping from craftearth.co. If you are residing in the same city as we are, then you can also opt for ‘look and buy’ and collect it from our store itself. Simply Contact us from the given options and we are here for you.

How long will delivery take?

It usually takes 3-4 working days (after shipping) across India. But may take a little longer, in the remote areas or smaller towns, compared to metro cities.

What exactly happens after ordering?

After successful checkout, you will receive a confirmation mail regarding your order. This is when you need to relax and we will handle it further. We will notify you once the item is dispatched, and share the necessary details regarding your order.

Do I receive an invoice for my order?

Yes, sure you will receive a computer generated GST Invoice for the items you have purchased. You can also contact us if you are a business customer, so that we can also include your GST Number in the buyer details.

How can i change my shipping address?

By default, the last used shipping address will be saved into to your CraftEarth account. When you are checking out your order, the default shipping address will be displayed. You will still have the option to amend it if you need to.

PAYMENT INFORMATION

How do i know if my payment is successful?

After checking out form your cart, you will be displayed a success message which will indicate the payment is made. If the payment is failed, by any reason, you will get a complete refund from the gateway provider

What is wishlist?

Wish lists are collections of desired products saved by customers to their user account, signifying interest without immediate intent to purchase. You can add your favorite products while browsing, using the heart shape icon displayed on the product. You can later move the products from the ‘wishlist’ to ‘add to cart’ and even discard whatever you don’t like.

What should I do if I receive a damaged or wrong product?

Products are eligible for return if they are received in a damaged or defective condition. The same needs to be conveyed to our team within 7 working days of receiving the package. We ensure that a brand new replacement is shipped to you at no additional cost. Please make sure that the original product tag and packing is intact when reverse pick up is made.

Can I change or cancel my order?

If unfortunately, you have to cancel an order, please do so within 24 hours of placing the order. Simply email us at support@craftearth.co with your order number mentioned in the subject line. In case you would like to cancel the order after it is dispatched, you can simply contact us and inform us of the same via email. We will then schedule for return pickup.

What is "track your order" in my account?

You can track your package in your account so that you will get the updates about the delivery of your products. We only use the standard companies for the shipment so that we can ensure assured and faster deliveries.
